This message is to confirm that your housing reservation has been made at the University Inn for your participation in this year’s program sponsored by the Minority Engineering Program (MEP) office at the Purdue University main campus located in West Lafayette, IN.

You may be receiving further communication from our office if you have not yet submitted the following confirmation materials.

Confidentiality Form (available for download at https://engineering.purdue.edu/MEP/pre_college/preview)

ALL 3 of the forms listed above must be received by the MEP office NO LATER THAN Wednesday, March 29^th. If you do NOT meet this deadline your reservation will be CANCELLED.

Completed Medical Authorization and Confidentiality forms can be faxed to the MEP office at (765) 496-7399.

If for some reason your schedule has changed and you are no longer able to participate in the Engineering Preview program PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE 5pm TOMORROW, Friday March 24^th. Thank you.

A tentative program agenda will be soon to follow. You will receive a FINAL program agenda at “Registration & Check-In”. For interested parents, there will also be a full program of events for them to participate in as well.
